This is interesting since Emails from the Wasteland is published through Amazon's Createspace.

David Boyer of Vincennes, Indiana Continues To Steal Stories!

(John F.D. Taff broke the story on Shockline.  As a researcher, I feel I let the authors down because when I discovered this book (as volume 1) I thought the all the authors knew of Boyer, yet still chose to work with him; therefore, I did not contact them.)
